Sloane I Dresser
The relationship between wood, natural stone and cast or metal detailing gives the piece much of its visual character.

DetailsSloane I Dresser is most convincing when you look at the relationship between its outline, support and main surface. Finding the perfect piece to accompany your needs is not always easy. Hamilton Conte's Sloane I & II range adapts to your functional and aesthetic needs and is the perfect companion. This veneered chest of drawers is available in walnut with Cognac finish or oak with standard finishes.
Sloane I Dresser works best on a wall where the front and material detail can be seen head-on, with enough clearance for it to feel intentional rather than fitted in. In a dining or living space, let it be the main storage statement instead of lining the room with several competing cabinets.
“Keep the top surface relatively uncluttered so everyday use does not hide the front and material detail.”
The design has a clear functional role, but the storage is integrated into a piece intended to remain visible.
Balance the harder stone and metal surfaces with softer upholstery, a textured rug and restrained timber accents. Avoid repeating several equally sculptural metal pieces nearby.
