Christian Bitz studies how we eat. In 2016 he made the plates to go with it: stoneware meant to make everyday meals a little healthier, and a good deal more inviting.
Each piece is glazed in colour and fired until the glaze moves. One plate comes out a touch darker, another holds more colour at the rim. No two are quite the same.
