Frequently asked

Good questions, honestly answered

Where is INIKAAS furniture made?

We work directly with Italian and European ateliers — seating from Lombardy, tables from Tuscany, casegoods from Denmark — alongside select makers in Morocco and Uzbekistan. Every piece is built to order in the maker’s own workshop.

What are typical lead times?

Most furniture is made to order in 10–14 weeks. A few stock pieces ship in 2–3 weeks. The exact lead time is confirmed on enquiry, along with shipping and white-glove delivery options.

Do you ship furniture worldwide?

Yes. INIKAAS ships globally — primarily across the GCC, Europe, Central Asia, Africa and the Americas — with crated freight and door-to-door white-glove installation in major markets.

Why is pricing on request?

Furniture is configured to your space: fabric, finish, dimensions and shipping all affect the final price. Our atelier team responds within one business day with a complete quote and material samples.
