DetailsThe collection’s distinctive feature is the harmonious blend of the solid ash frame and the padded shell, which appears to be delicately embraced by the wood in a balance between solidity and visual lightness. The soft, enveloping lines of the backrest provide comfortable seating, while the simple design gives the collection a timeless aesthetic, capable of interacting with a wide range of interior design styles.
Ellen Chair & Armchair works naturally around a dining table, while the design has enough character to carry into living or hospitality settings. Repeating the chair keeps a larger scheme calm; using one or two creates a more individual accent.
“The family format makes it possible to keep one design language across dining and occasional seating.”
Keep the dining table relatively simple and use the armchair version elsewhere in the room if you want the same design language without making the scheme feel matched.
