Description
This is the Gastro plate in its best-known colours. Bitz describes the glossy surface as a shimmering play of colour, and the green does move as you turn the plate under the light, from near-black at the rim to bottle green in the well.
Twenty-seven centimetres is a proper main-course size. The plate is dishwasher-, microwave- and freezer-safe, and can be warmed in the oven; let it heat up with the oven to avoid thermal shock.
