DetailsWhat gives Barnabas L&S its identity is the way proportion and structure remain visible. A thick, robust structure, with its rounded shape, frames a large, curved seat placed on a base with invisible feet. The Barnabas sofa embodies a certain "Art de Vivre". Inspired by the movements that began in the 1930s and 1940s, Barnabas has reinvented its lines and proportions to suit the 21st century.
Give Barnabas L&S some space around its sides and back so the curve can be read from more than one direction. It works especially well floating in a living room or sitting area where the sofa can become the visual centre rather than simply lining a wall.
