Made to order: what happens after you ask

Our furniture is not sold from a shelf. Each piece is made for you by the house that designs it, so ordering starts with a conversation, not a checkout. You send an enquiry, the brand or its partner contacts you directly, and together you settle the fabric, the size, the price and the making time.
Why is there no price or basket? Because the price depends on what you choose. The same sofa costs more or less with a different fabric, length or finish, and a table changes with its top and its size. Instead of a number that may not fit your room, you receive a quote for the exact piece you want.
What should I send in my enquiry? The piece you like, for example the Kara Table or the Noah Bed. Then a little about the room: rough measurements, a photo if you have one, and the colours or materials already there. Tell us when you would like the piece and which emirate it is going to. It takes a minute, and the more you share, the more useful the first reply.
Who contacts me? The brand or its partner reaches out to you directly, using the details you give in the form. They know the collection best: which fabrics suit your use, which sizes exist, and what can be adjusted.
How do I choose fabrics and finishes? Ask for samples. A fabric looks different in a showroom, in your living room at noon and under evening light. For wood, stone and metal finishes, a small sample next to your floor tells you more than any photo.
How long does it take? It depends on the house, the piece and the season, so the brand gives you the making time with the price. Plan for it: if you are furnishing a new home, send your enquiries early, before the walls are even painted.
Is there any cost to asking? No. An enquiry is free and does not commit you to anything. You decide once you have the quote, the samples and the timing in front of you.
