DetailsThe design idea is easy to read because the silhouette does most of the work. A thick, robust structure, with its rounded shape, frames a large, curved seat placed on a base with invisible feet. The Barnabas sofa embodies a certain "Art de Vivre". Inspired by the movements that began in the 1930s and 1940s, Barnabas has reinvented its lines and proportions to suit the 21st century.
Give Barnabas Curved some space around its sides and back so the curve can be read from more than one direction. It works especially well floating in a living room or sitting area where the sofa can become the visual centre rather than simply lining a wall.
