Description
Christian Bitz designed Gastro for people who cook at home and want the plate to do some of the work. The green here is dark and glassy, closer to a wine bottle than to a leaf, and it makes pale foods stand out sharply.
Use it as a bread plate beside a larger Gastro plate, or for olives and small bites when friends come over. Stoneware this sturdy goes from oven to table to dishwasher without complaint.
Care
Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
Dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe and oven-safe up to 220°C. Warm the dish with the oven to avoid thermal shock.
