01The design

What gives Blas its identity is the way proportion and structure remain visible. Imagining how an Italian industrialist’s private jet would be equipped in the 1970s helped bring forth the Blas chair. Its combination wood and metal structure confer a refined shape accented by pleated cylindrical cushions that enhance the feel of Milanese style from that era.

02In the room

Blas can work as a single accent beside a sofa, as a pair across a coffee table, or in a quieter reading corner. Leave enough space around the silhouette so the chair feels deliberately placed rather than tucked into leftover space.

03Living with it

“Choose the fabric or leather with the surrounding materials in mind, and avoid treating the seat as a standalone colour decision.”

The upholstery is a large part of how Blas will read in a finished room.

04Style it with

Let the wood and upholstery create the main contrast. Natural textiles, a quieter rug and one simple table surface will keep the room warm without making it feel overly coordinated.
