Description
Noodle soups need height and poke bowls need room, and this bowl gives both: 18 cm wide and 7 cm deep. Bitz describes it as ideal for soups, meal-sized salads, Japanese ramen and Hawaiian poke.
The cream glaze makes a clean background for bright toppings. The stoneware is thick, so the outside stays comfortable to hold while the broth stays hot.
