Description
Forty centimetres is a serious serving piece. It holds a whole roast with its vegetables, a mezze spread, or a salad for a long table.
The amber glaze is at its most dramatic at this scale, shading from gold to deep brown across the surface. Bitz makes the dish oven-safe to 220°C, so it can go from kitchen to table still warm.
